As a condition for being awarded a bond, a sub-contract, or credit to complete a job, a contractor will enter into a contract with Great Horn Financial Services to manage all contract proceeds.

At inception, Great Horn verifies contract amounts, direct costs, profit, and overhead for the project. We open a job-specific checking account for the contractor, over which Great Horn will maintain exclusive disbursement control for the duration of the project. The contractor will authorize Great Horn to disburse funds, but at no time will the contractor have direct control or access to contract funds.

Great Horn will then receive proceeds directly and disburse funds using ongoing project analysis and direct cost documentation, with priority given to subs and suppliers before any re-imbursements or profit distributions are given back to the contractor. The governed contractor will be allowed pro-rata profit and overhead distributions only as funds are earned and current demands have been met.
